Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Randeep Singh (sole trader) (ABN 62 863 175 880) ("we", "us") about your use of the CoinKing app. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can use CoinKing

You must be 18 or older, live in Australia and have an Australian mobile number. You may have only one account, on your own phone. Accounts can't be shared, sold or transferred.

2. Coins

You earn coins by completing offers and surveys from our partners, by daily check-ins, daily missions, mini-games, promo codes and invites. Each offer shows how many coins it pays. 1,000 coins are worth A$1 when you cash out. Coins have no value until you cash them out, can't be transferred or sold, and aren't money, a deposit or a financial product.

Coins from offers stay pending for a period shown in the app while the partner confirms the offer. A partner may cancel an offer, for example if the app was installed before or the steps weren't done properly, and we then remove those coins, even after they became available.

Bonuses such as the first offer bonus, level bonuses and offer missions follow the offer they came from: if that offer is reversed, the bonus can be removed too. Levels are based on the coins you have earned and can change if coins are reversed.

3. Offers are run by partners

Offers are provided by third-party partners. They decide whether an offer was completed and what it pays. We pass on what partners report and help with missing coins where we can, but we can't guarantee that a partner will credit an offer. Games and apps you install from offers are covered by their own terms.

4. Cashing out

You can cash out once you have at least the minimum amount shown in the app, to PayPal, as a gift card sent to your payout email, or by bank transfer to your PayID. We may check any cash-out before paying it, and the first one is always checked by hand. Most cash-outs arrive within a day; checked ones can take up to 72 hours. Daily and weekly limits are shown in the app. You are responsible for entering the correct payout email or PayID and the name on your bank account: we can't recover payments sent to wrong details. If a cash-out is not approved, the coins go back to your wallet unless the reason is a breach of these terms.

5. Fair play

You must not use emulators, modified or rooted phones to cheat, bots, scripts, VPNs or other ways of hiding where you are, multiple accounts, fake referrals, or anything else that earns coins without genuinely completing offers. If we reasonably believe you have, we may remove coins, cancel cash-outs and suspend or close your account. You can ask us to review that decision by emailing support@sardarjidevelopers.com.

6. Invites

Invite bonuses are paid when the person you invited makes their first cash-out, as long as they are a new person on a new phone with a new number. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't count.

7. Promo codes and promotions

Promo codes can be used once per account, while the code is live and has uses left. Some codes are only for new members. Codes have no cash value until the coins are cashed out under these terms, and we may end a code or a promotion (such as a game coins boost) at any time. Codes shared or obtained in breach of section 5 don't count.

8. Changes to rewards

We may change coin amounts, check-in rewards, missions, levels, invite bonuses, cash-out minimums, limits and payout methods. Changes don't reduce coins already in your wallet. If we stop running CoinKing, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app so you can cash out available coins that meet the minimum.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. Coins that haven't been cashed out are lost when you delete your account, so cash out first.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, the app is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the value of the coins in your wallet.

11. Taxes

Rewards are usually small personal amounts. If you think they may be income for you, check with the ATO or a tax adviser.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. We may update these terms; we will show the new date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
