Delete your CoinKing account

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open CoinKing and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm with the SMS code we send you.

Without the app

Email support@sardarjidevelopers.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you signed up with. We will text that number to confirm it's you, then delete the account within 7 days.

What happens

Deleted straight away: your name, payout email, notification settings and login. Your phone number is replaced with a one-way code.

Lost: any coins you haven't cashed out, and cash-outs still in review.

Kept for 5 years, without your contact details: records of coins earned and payments made, because Australian tax law requires business records and we need them to prevent fraud.
